Chester game rescheduled

It has been confirmed that Solihull Moors' home fixture against Chester has been rescheduled for Tuesday the 5th of September (7.45pm kick-off).

The original fixture was postponed due to concerns over the Moors' Damson Park ground.

The concerns have since been addressed and a new date for the fixture has been given by the National League.

Chester have confirmed that they requested for the fixture to be played on Tuesday the 26th of September, to which Solihull Moors had also agreed this date.

Chester had requested this date due to the travelling involved for fans and players in their trip to Torquay United three days prior to the 5th of September date.

However, as the requested date of the 26th of September falls out of the regulation 42 days, the request was been turned down by the National League.
